Periodic Health Evaluations

CITAHEALTH provides this service to meet specific health needs of a concerned individual. Once a baseline medical (pre-placement) has been conducted, it is important for one to promote good health and wellness.

CITAHEALTH's basic program includes the following:


  • Occupational / Personal medical and health history questionnaire
  • Comprehensive medical examination
  • Visual assessment (near and far visual accuity)
  • Routine urinalysis
  • Blood analysis
  • Lipid profile
  • Blood glucose (screening for diabetes)
  • Haematology (complete blood count, etc.)
  • Biochemistry (kidney and liver function, etc.)

    • Other tests may include:

  • Spirometry
  • Audiogram
  • Specific blood analysis
  • X-rays
  • Fitness evaluation

    • A personal, confidential letter will be sent from the examining physician outlining points of interest from the medical examination as well as positive and negative results determined from the conducted medical tests. Included will be recommendations and guidance for improved health and reduction of health risks.

    With signed consent, a copy of the report can be sent to the participant's family physician to be kept on record and used for future consultation.
