Independent Medical Evaluations (IME)

 

This is a comprehensive medical examination performed by our in-house physician. The purpose is to obtain an independent, objective, unbiased third party opinion of your current state of health, functional abilities, treatment and prognosis.

It should be noted this report is the property of the paying agent (the report will not contain confidential medical information) and should you wish to receive a copy, it must be requested from the paying agent as the independent medical examiner is not at liberty to supply it.

All our independent medical examiners are willing, and have the necessary training, to appear in court, before labour tribunals, or the Worker's Compensation Board.
