TOTAL WEIGHT Management Program

Designed for those seeking a healthy body weight, this program provides new assessment and training techniques to assist you in reaching whatever your weight goals may be. 

Our program assists you in shifting your fat, muscle and bone weights known as body composition, into healthy recommended ranges.

To access your current weights we use new safe x-ray technology (which has become the new gold standard in Canada) for measuring your body composition.  Based on your results, an individualized program is designed to assist you in reaching targeted weight goals.

    At-a-Glance:

    Qualified staff will introduce natural strategies that have proven results for lowering fat weight, increasing muscle size, and increasing bone density.   Our results show that some clients have:

  • lost as much as 40 lbs. of fat,
  • gained 20 lbs. of muscle,
  • gained over 4 lbs. of bone!

    Upon completion of the program you will receive another assessment to record and compare results of the weight changes which you have made.

    During the program you will meet on a weekly basis with a personal coach.  The sessions will be a combination of counseling and training.  This program is more than 'weight loss' as we monitor all weights within your body - change the ones you like!  This way you can avoid losing valuable muscle and bone weight while you keep off the fat weight.
