Bronze Appraisal

The Bronze Appraisal, CITAHEALTH's Customizable Corporate Health Risk Appraisal, will determine health benefits and potential health risks for each employee, providing the stimulus required to affect positive lifestyle changes toward better health. Each participant will receive a report outlining their results and offering guidance for reducing their health risks.

The Bronze Appraisal includes the following, which can be appraised and reported on-site in 20-30 minutes:

  • Detailed health risk analysis
  • Muscular strength and endurance
  • Body composition / Anthropometric measures
  • Blood pressure and heart rate monitoring
  • Aerobic/Cardiorespiratory fitness (VO2 Max)

    • As this appraisal is flexible, other appraisal elements such as bloodwork and lung function testing may be added as can several of the above listed protocols be deleted to meet your needs.
