CITAHEALTH offers a comprehensive selection of health & fitness appraisal services making CITAHEALTH the only call you need to make to develop a comprehensive preventative health and wellness plan. All services can be delivered in our downtown facility. As well, some appraisals can be performed on-site.

All CITAHEALTH Kinesiologists conducting maximal Exercise testing are CSEP - Certified Excerise Physiologists (CEP), the highest certification available in the field of exercise physiology designated by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.

We offer four kinds of appraisals at CITAHEALTH:
