Robert Miller

Robert was born in the small northern town of Terrace British Columbia where he was active in sports through out his childhood and teen years. After completing his first year of college at in Terrace Robert moved to Abbotsford to pursue a kinesiology degree.

Through the last several years Robert has attended numerous training conferences and has attained the ACSM CPT and NCCP Level 1 for basketball certifications. In May Robert will attain his CSEP CEP certification, in addition to completing his Kinesiology and Physical Education degree from UFV.

Robert’s interests include sport specific training, body transformation and overall fitness improvement.
