Frank has spent the past decade designing and implementing corporate wellness and occupational health programs for more than 250 BC-based corporations. He regularly conducts jobsite evaluations, job demands analyses and functional capacity evaluations, and is experienced in the design and implementation of pre-screening functional evaluations that meet the bona fide occupational requirements of physically demanding occupations. With more than 10 years of experience in public and private fitness consulting, Frank is best known for his transformational work with dozens of British Columbia's corporate male executives (40+). Through detailed exercise program design (often with an emphasis on improving a golf game), nutritional and behavioural coaching, his clientele has shown great success in reaching and maintaining their personal goals and objectives. Frank attributes a significant amount of his success to the comprehensive appraisals he conducts on his clients prior to beginning a program. By identifying cardiac risk factors such as obesity, high blood pressure, high glucose and cholesterol and abnormal exercise ECG's, Frank ensures that he is capable of designing and implementing the most appropriate and effective program and action plan with a customization to suit each client. Frank was born and raised in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada and completed his kinesiology degree at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Education and Qualifications 1993: BSc. Kinesiology 1993: Certified - Professional Fitness & Lifestyle Consultant
